We are happy to give you our best welcome and assistance and to help you discover our wonderful area through our concierge service. The Reception is physically open from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. but we remain at your disposal also during the night. In fact, you can contact us for any need and at any time by dialling the number 9 from the internal phone in your room or from your mobile phone on (+39) 0342 996665.

Mountain House Main Lobby

The entrance hall of the Mountain House is a comfortable place for transit, waiting or relaxing, where it is also possible to refresh oneself with a self-service of drinks and sancks, which is also very functional at night, especially for families with small children.

Parking space in our covered garages costs € 15.00 per night and is subject to availability, so please reserve it in advance. Some room types already have it included in the price, you can request it at Reception.

Ski & Bike Room

The ski and bike depot is a video-monitored environment, equipped with heated lockers for ski equipment and a work corner for small repairs.

Meeting Room

A small but very functional meeting room can be used free of charge and upon availability by guests who request it in advance.

Changing Rooms and Luggage Deposit

In case of early arrival or late departure, a free luggage storage service will be at your disposal, as well as changing rooms where you can change or refresh yourself, equipped with toilets and showers. To take advantage of this service, simply notify Reception at the time of check-out.
