The Restaurant Al Peršéf is not simply our à la carte restaurant, but the fruit of the strong passion we have been cultivating for years in the field of gourmet cuisine and in the experimentation of ever new creative recipes, to offer you an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Open by reservation only at the reception for half-board or full-board guests, Al Peršéf will surprise you with its elegant and refined yet friendly and convivial atmosphere, where you can feel at ease and eat well with a splendid view of the mountains. Our staff will take you through a delicious journey worth experiencing, providing impeccable but never impersonal service.

At breakfast, to start the day off on the right foot, we look forward to greeting you with a view of the beautiful Alpine mountains and recharging your batteries. In addition to the buffet with sweet and savoury delicacies, a wide selection of cakes, pastries, cold meats and fresh local cheeses, you will have an area with an open kitchen. Ask the chef to prepare something special for you on the spot such as scrambled eggs with bacon, pancakes or whatever you like. For lovers of health and a light but tasty breakfast, we have set up a corner with lots of natural, healthy and genuine products, centrifuges and fruit and vegetable extracts.
Holidays in Alta Valtellina work up an appetite! That's why it is very convenient, as well as tasty and convenient, to book half board or even full board and enjoy our daily menus, which are always different, with appetisers, a choice of 4 first courses (with a light proposal for those who don't want to weigh themselves down), a choice of 4 second courses, salads and desserts proposed by the chef or ice cream. Our cuisine ranges from traditional Italian, Valtellina but also international recipes, so as to meet the different needs of the palate, offering meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

Living Bar

The Living Bar is a quiet and reserved space where you can spend moments of relaxation and conviviality throughout the day. After a trip to the wellness centre, before a tasty dinner or after an intense day of sport, stopping for a glass of wine or a hot chocolate is a must! If you want to stay a little longer between the sheets without giving up breakfast, the Living Bar awaits you until late with fresh croissants, cakes, snacks and many coffee selections. Because the perfect holiday has no timetable!

If, on the other hand, you get the classic afternoon pangs, at the Living Bar you can find a buffet dedicated to adults and children, with sweet and savoury delicacies to help you regain energy and start off with the right sprint! But not only breakfast and snacks: the Living Bar was born as a space for conviviality and entertainment, which is why we organise evenings with board games and live music events to have fun all together!
