Heating

Your bedroom and bathroom are equipped with an underfloor heating system that keeps the room at a constant standard temperature of 20°. However, the thermostat in your room allows you to adjust the standard temperature by plus or minus 4°. Different requirements will be met by contacting Reception directly.

Decorative Heater

The towel warmer in the bathroom is operated with a button for a duration of 10 minutes and has the function of heating the towels or bathrobe and providing extra warmth in the bathroom; it therefore does not have a drying function, which you can request from Reception instead.

TV

The TV in your room is equipped with digital Italian and international satellite channels, you will find the complete list in your room.

Safe

In the wardrobe of your room there is a spacious safe with an internal power socket. Instructions for use are posted on it. If you have any difficulties using it, please do not hesitate to contact Reception.

Minibar

The minibar in your room has a complimentary supply of non-alcoholic beverages only, this is to avoid consumption by our young Guests, to order more you can request Room Service by contacting Reception. An espresso machine with a variety of fragrances is available in your room on request at an additional cost of €8.00 per day.

Room Service

Room service is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. by calling Reception. The service has an additional cost of € 10.00. You can find the breakfast menu inside the cupboard, which must be displayed by 22.00 the day before the service on the outside door handle of your room. Those staying on Half Board or Board can view the restaurant menu at reception. It is also possible to order dinner and/or lunch in your room even if they are not included in the rate booked: in this case the cost is charged to your room.

Eco Friendly

The Hotel has an eco-friendly approach, we change bed linen every 3 days and change towels and bathrobes only when requested by guests, who do so by placing them on the washbasin. If you have different needs, please do not hesitate to inform Reception. In addition, on your arrival at the hotel you will find a courtesy set with body products: during your stay this set is only refilled free of charge at the guest's request.

Laundry Service

The washing, drying and ironing service is available every day. You will find bags in the wardrobe in your room where you can store your clothes, which you can deliver directly to reception or request to be collected from your room. Delivery is guaranteed within 12 hours. Washing € 10.00 per bag - washing and drying € 15.00 per bag - washing, drying and ironing € 20.00 per bag - ironing € 5.00 per piece.
