Night Entrance

During the night (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) our reception is closed, so you can leave and enter your room with your key card from the night entrance of the Valley House (2nd floor), from the night entrance of the Mountain House through the main lobby (1st floor), or through the garages

Connecting Tunnel

Our hotel is spread over two buildings that we call 'houses', the Valley House closer to the valley floor crossed by the river Spol and the Mountain House closer to the slopes and trails of Carosello 3000. The Valley House and the Mountain House are connected by a tunnel that allows you to move between them without leaving the hotel. This passage is very important for orientation and getting around the hotel, we advise you to visit it now and remember that this is on floor 0 of the Valley House but on floor -1 of the Mountain House
